How we can work together

Individual counseling

Individualized care tailored to your goals, needs, and situation.

In our first session, we'll spend an hour gathering information that will provide a layout for our time together. We will build upon that foundation and address evolving needs together in our follow-up appointments.

$250 for initial session (60 minutes) · $215 for follow-up appointments (45 minutes) · All sessions are held virtually. See FAQs below for more information.

Group therapy

Explore nutrition concepts in a group setting with the benefits of added accountability and community. Groups offered:

  • Intuitive Eating

  • Meal support group

  • Parent support group (“Providing Peace for Parents”)

Pricing and availability varies by group.

Supervision

Supervision is vital for continued growth of a provider. I can provide eating disorder education, enhance clinical skills to help problem-solve client cases, encourage use of motivational interviewing tactics, and reflect on what is coming up for the provider to create life/business boundaries.

Do you accept insurance?

We designed Mosaic Nutrition to be unique in how we provide the best nutrition care for clients in eating disorder recovery. Our dietitians value confidentiality and building long term, trusting relationships with our clients. We don’t want insurance companies dictating the care you receive with artificial timelines or goals.

Being out-of-network with insurance allows us to take on a small caseload so we can devote the necessary time needed to the individualized care each client deserves. Our dietitians have specialized training to support complex and nuanced eating disorder cases, whereas each insurance companies have a specific list of providers who may not specialize in eating disorders.

Rather than spending our time on the phone with insurance billers, we make a concerted effort to constantly participate in continuing education courses for certification, allowing ourselves to stay up-to-date on the latest evidence and research-based eating disorder treatment.

That being said, we do offer a few equity spots for those who are unable to pay for the full price of initial and follow-up sessions. We provide a Superbill for every client for possible insurance reimbursement depending on your plan and provider. In many cases, out-of-network benefits provide partial or full coverage for the cost of our sessions.

What types of clients do you work with?

Molly specializes in eating disorders, sports nutrition, and women's health, but has worked with all different types of clients! She has extensive experience working with college students, working women, and athletes at various stages of their careers.

How should I prepare for a visit?

It's helpful to have strong internet connection, good quality headphones, a private room, a comfy chair, your favorite beverage, and an open mind! For our first visit, you're welcome to come as you are or bring any notes you want to address together. For followups, Molly might have given small assignments or ask for personal reflections which you can have prepared in a journal or a notes app. The most important thing is to be comfortable, honest, and open to exploring your feelings and desired future around food.
